I have a lifted F250, and needed some big tires mounted and ballanced. They have a spin machine to balance my 46" tall tires! This is unbelieveable! So many shops are willing to toss a bag of beads inside of your tire for a fairly good balance most of the time. But to spin balance a monster tire makes it perfect!!!! Every guy in the shop And office were super nice too! I will be using them for my tire needs in the future. Its worth the drive from Castro Valley!

I needed new tires and my husband had used Bruce's tires before so I called. Francisco answered all my questions and made my appointment. I was promised about 2 hours for the new tires to be installed and for the alignment. I was out of there in about 1 hour 20 minutes. The shop is clean and comfortable (I waited), they kept me informed as to progress, and they were all very professional. I will absolutely use Bruce's tires the next time the need arises. Thanks guys, you were great!

Excellent Service! Our radiator failed on HW152 at night. We had to stay at the Best Weatern. In the morning, Carlos became a hero when he was able to find a new radiator and have it installed within 3 hours! And the cost was very reasonable. We were back on the road again by noon.

While traveling up the I5 we had a flat on our rental truck, the rental company directed us to Bruce's tires to have the tire replaced/repaired. We were concerned because we were already behind schedule due to the flat. Jose welcomed us in and assured us the job would be done quickly and efficiently and it was! Jose and his team took care of everything and had us back on the road in no time. Their place is clean, friendly and professional. If I lived in the area it would be my go to place for auto service.👍🏻
